These terms apply to this website, operated by JayWorld App LLC, which operates VenueVibe App ("we", "us"). Using the VenueVibe App is governed by the app's own terms of service.

Using this website

• You must be 18 or older to use this website's forms.
• Give accurate information, and only submit information about yourself or your own business.
• Don't misuse the website, try to break its security, or submit automated or spam requests.

Events

• VenueVibe App events are open to everyone 21 and older with a valid government-issued ID, on the same terms for everyone.
• Each partner venue controls its own entry, capacity, bar service and security. An RSVP does not guarantee entry, and a venue may refuse entry or service at its discretion, including to anyone who appears intoxicated.
• You don't need the VenueVibe App to attend. Checking in is optional.
• We may photograph or film events for VenueVibe App's marketing, with a notice posted at the door. Tell our crew if you would rather not be filmed. Anyone featured in a close-up is asked to sign a release first.
• Event details can change. We will post updates on the event page.
• Any giveaway will have its own official rules, posted before it starts. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Promoter program

Applying through this website does not enroll you in the promoter program. Participation, commissions and payments are governed only by VenueVibe App's Promoter Agreement. Promoters must clearly disclose their relationship with VenueVibe App in every post, as the FTC's Endorsement Guides require.

Content and trademarks

The website's content, logos and design belong to VenueVibe App or its licensors. Don't copy or reuse them without permission.

Disclaimers

This website is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, VenueVibe App is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website.

Governing law and contact
