Website privacy notice

This notice explains how JayWorld App LLC, which operates VenueVibe App ("we", "us"), handles information collected through this website. It covers the website only. The VenueVibe App is covered by its own privacy policy.

What we collect

• What you type into our forms: for example your email, first name and ZIP code on the launch list; your venue and contact details on the venue form; your name, email and social handles on the promoter program application; and your message on the contact form.
• How you found us: if you arrive through a link with campaign tags or an ad click ID (for example from a QR code, an ad or a creator's Promoter ID link), your browser keeps them for up to 30 days. If you submit a form in that time, they are saved with your submission, so we can see which campaign, QR code or Promoter ID brought you. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we do not keep them.
• Basic usage data: our hosting provider records standard technical data such as pages visited, browser type and approximate location, used in aggregate to understand traffic.
• Security data: to stop spam, we keep a one-way scrambled value derived from your connection, which changes every day, for a short time. We do not store your IP address with your submission.

We do not use advertising pixels on this website.

How we use it

• To send the updates you asked for, such as launch news, event details and RSVP links.
• To follow up on venue, creator and contact requests.
• To measure which campaigns, QR codes and Promoter IDs bring people to VenueVibe App.
• To keep the website secure and prevent abuse.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that host and run this website and its database, and with the marketing agency that manages VenueVibe App's launch on our behalf, each under a duty to protect it. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Your choices

• Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also unsubscribe at any time by emailing privacy@venuevibeapp.com.
• To see, correct or delete what you submitted through this website, email privacy@venuevibeapp.com.
• You can clear stored campaign tags by clearing this site's data in your browser, or stop them being kept by turning on Global Privacy Control.
• A phone number you give on the venue form is used only to call you about your venue. We do not send marketing texts.

Age

This website and the VenueVibe App are for adults. You must be 18 or older to join the launch list, and 21 or older to apply to the promoter program or attend our events.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions for as long as they are needed for the purpose you gave them, then delete or anonymize them. Spam-prevention values are kept only for a short time.
